this is what I did, found the solution on some or other forum somewhere.

1) copy and paste the following bit of code into notepad:

upload_max_filesize = 200M
post_max_size = 200M
memory_limit = 200M
upload_tmp_dir = 200M
max_execution_time = 50000

edit the values to your requirements, save the file as php.ini and upload that to your Dolphin root folder - sorted my problem out , may well do yours.
