If you're seeing an error for mb_internal_encoding() then that means your server/php does not have mbstring enabled.

If you are the admin and are using windows you will need to open php.ini and uncomment this line: extension=php_mbstring.dll

if you're using linux make sure that mbstring is installed and uncommented the same as above.
