I never remove posts that just disagree with my points of view or criticise me. If, however, a post is filled with insulting phrases just to wind off somebody's crappy morning, I have no business cleaning things out, I just delete it.

Take "the coders are complete amateurs." and "it is done out of sheer stupidity." - this is NOT a disagreement or critique, this is just slander, and your freedom of speech is the last thing I care about in this case.
