Hope is grand, but there's also that old proverb, "If you assume, you make an ass out of you and me."

It'd be nice if someone from the dev department were a bit more active in responding to issues that users bring up. I understand the "we're busy coding" point, but that business with coding could be a lot more fast and smooth if they spent a bit more time interacting with users who try to modify and fix the software.

I'm not a big fan of the idea of spending my time tapping see more in useful code only to have it buried in some forum abyss of oblivion. Since we are now the All Stars of Boonex, perhaps someone could acknowledge that in some active, practical and ongoing manner.
