If I may I would like to piggyback on this. I am having similar problems. The Ray Base admin does not load, the video player and the chat widgets both say "widge not registered".

Everything else is working so far as I can tell.

Does it require shell access to fix? I hope not cuz it has been many years since I mucked around in a Unix shell I don't know if I could even log on today.
