Oh yes, their support is at lightspeed ... but their service sucks. They finally managed (after 3 days) to put my data back on the server.
I monitored the speed of my site today (dolphin 7 script), which is not even online, just testing it. So it's just an empty site with 1 testing profile.
Between 8:30AM and 3:30PM (SET) I couldn't even open my site.
I complained several times about that. I just received an answer from them and I quote :
"Hello Anne,
The domain onderweg.be is see more hosted in the server matrix.gigapros.com. As this is a shared server, a number of websites are running in it. Therefore sometimes the load on the server will go high as the number of http requests increases. The server load is normal now. We are monitoring it.

Of course the server load is normal now. Everybody is going home from work at this moment. I told them to monitor the traffic again in about 3 or 4 hours.
I really wonder why they advertise for fully supporting the Dolphin script when they can't even run it smoothly on their servers.
And of course they're just waiting for me to order that dedicated server ... in their dreams !!!
Boonex should stop advertising for them, they are NO GOOD AT ALL
