They actually moved our site from one system to another because of load issues, causing us 3 days of downtime due to propagation with NO notice whatsoever. Can you imagine moving and pulling down a live site like this? It was absolutely crazy.

When there were errors on the new system, they didn't (couldn't) fix them and it resulted in another 4 days downtime.

Moved everything to Arvixe...hopefully it's better. So far so good. Have to wait to see...
