I have Firefox 3.5 and IE8

Since my move to RC3 in backend_> Builders-> pages blocks
Unable to move the blocks. For others (profiles etc) no problem.
Ah, is the slider to adjust the width of the pages disappeared.?
Where can I advertise it?
