Log in to Admin and go to
Settings/Advanced Settings and check about you have set this to on: Enable profile customization

if this not fix it...
Then go to phpMyAdmin, select your database and after that select table ProfilesSettings,
I can see you are profile 1, delete IDMember 1
Now shall it work.
