Most such applications on Facebook run on a combination of Flash and PHP/MySQL or other such back-ends. Facebook doesn't have a language of its own, just a (rather elaborate) way to integrate applications into Facebook.
Creating something like this is a fairly involved process, and I suspect BoonEx wouldn't have the manpower to commit to such a thing at this point. Of course, if they can and wish to lease solutions from a third-party provider, that's another thing.
