I think Boonex is trying to avoid the problems they had with 6 (and probably previous versions). The first 6 Final version had a lot of bugs, the update fixed some but caused others, it took how long until we got the latest version of D6 that now seems to work pretty good (at least from my point of view), granted still a few minor bugs. I personally would rather have D7 work as smoothly as possible than to give my members a new site that is buggy and have to work harder to try and fix them, or wait see more until Boonex comes out with 7.1 while I have to run a buggy site because Boonex rushed out a version.

I am excited for D7, loving the new features, and was one of those who wanted to wait for the final version before launching my site. I am glad I am now using 6.16 for my site and can wait until D7 is perfected, even if that means waiting for a 7.1 version. Better for me, and better for my members.

I am very impressed with what Boonex has done from 6 to 7, and can't even imagine what they have in store for future versions.
