i managed to install dolphin after trying for 3 days - 20hrs/day and the site is working and accesable...
HOWEVER:
The problem i have is that users CAN UPLOAD their (profile)pics but the pics are NOT VISIBLE on the site.basicly there are no pictures at all on the site: http://www.arklow-arts-festival.org/forum
have a look for yourself and maybe you can tell me what is going wrong..
any help much appreciated
