See the question to all of this is if there is a tracking systenm that works then why is it the bugs keep repeating themselves over and over recently in each new version or they reapear down in the next versions.

I just would like to know who is in charge of the tracking system and are the bugs that are in tracking system getting actually fixxed or not ?

Something just does not make any sence.


One day there is 60 tickets to be fixxed and each day lets say 10 tickets are closed, but then see more voila a new Beta comes out and those tickets that were marked fixxed were not fixxed in the new Beta, why is that ?
