Im surprised at that statement, you seem like a bright guy, so you must have heard of time management... If you have 40 tickets open, you arent going to just come in, pick one up, fix that, come back stick fixed on the ticket then get another one. what you do is pick up a bunch, and work your way through that lot,some will be see more easy to track down, others will take a little longer, when you've done that lot, you come back, stick fixed on the ones you've done and pick up a load more. So its very normal i think to have tickets saying opened but still fixed. Makes perfect sense to me, and im surprised it doesn't to you too. I really dont imagine for one second either that Boonex are closing tickets just to shut people up and to make it look like they are doing the work when they are not as you said... Thats just silly talk, this is their business, not some hobby that they dont much care if they get right, course they do, and course they are working hard on fixing things...
