Okay its a bit tricky and they really should make this easier for others to find. So here goes. It doesnt work yet, as it has connection issues but i did find it.

Go to profile then videos, then click on profile videos album on left, then click link to right that says add videos to this album. Where the drop down box is on the left click record.
