my big question.... does the beta will be upgradable to the final version?

You can have upgrade option only from release candidate..correct me if I am wrong.

but i mean does boonex will give an upgrade patch when the final version will be release... an upgrade to beta from final

I don't think so. The best what can be happen is, that after this beta you will get several updates. After the final release there will be come a upgrade version from 6.1.6 (7) tot D7 final. This is the way I think is going on.
