I didn't know ANYTHING about Boonex or being a webmaster. Can I actually call myself that? Through the forums and blogs I have been able to pick up a lot in the last couple months. So, I'm glad to learn PHP. Anyway, I'm at the point where I don't want boonex support anymore unless they are the only ones I can get the info from. If you are running a business you should definitely pay for a webmaster. Boonex isn't like packaged software. For me, it's a full time hobby :) My site is free and see more helps people. All that said, boonex support is weak if you have a bad expert. Meaning, you are always relying on the same person for answers. That's a recipe for disaster. I've been trying to get a lifetime license installed. I remember having to remind boonex after two weeks to install what I paid for two months ago. So, there are definitely support problems. Like I said, I go elsewhere now unless I need them.
