I agree that at least seperating support into two groups, one for those who are running free and those who have paid might help.
But i still see a serious problem. Providing support to those that insist on trying to run this software on servers that don't meet the requirements.
The current forums are filled with it. Once dolphin is running on a server thats properly configured then the rest are bugs in most cases which can be dealt with.
So i guess one of the first things that has to be see more dealt with is ensuring it's installed on a properly configured server.
It's hard to provide support when you can't tell if the problem is the software or a faulty server setup. Perhaps some kind of test suite or dolphins installer with better testing.
