Although I do agree with most of what you are saying, I have to point out a few assumptions that everyone seems to be making.

1) This paying customer crap. The product is FREE. What you are paying for is the right to remove the ads. Nothing More.

2) Product support. People seem to assume that technical support is expected when a licence is purchced. Again. Your buying the right to remove the ads, not a support contract.

This is a community product supported by the community. Boonex concentrates see more on a programming staff. The number of people buying licences to remove the ads even at the current prices surely is not enough to hire a support staff as well.

This is not Microsoft with millions of copies being sold. This is a small company with tens of thousands of copies being given away for free and being run for free.
