you can see that 5.6-6.0 upgrade pack was made for 6.0.0003 version. It means that after transfer you should apply 0004 and 0005 patches according this manuals:

2) 5.6-6.0 upgrade resets to default `GlParams` table (table of settings). So if you didn't set after upgrade option 'Clean see more Old profiles' to 0 (admin panel->settings->database pruning section) then at nearest midnight peridoic/cmd.php will clean all profiles older than 180 days.
