@coolnuts, I would'nt be so quick to hand over your FTP/cPanel access to anyone.

We've been having problems with Hackers/thieves/scammers, and I would NOT suggest handing your vital server info to just anyone.

Try emailing BoonEx support, their email address is on the Contact Us link (bottom of every BoonEx.com page). Try giving them access to take a look, they would be your best bet for solving this problem, and please be paitent, BoonEx is a very busy company, and it does take some time for see more a response, but their always so helpful.
