In the folder which contains main php files, i mean like index.php n all....You will find a file .htaccess
You can open the .htaccess file using notepad. After opening, on top of the file contents write

php_flag magic_quotes_runtime Off


Then try installling again. If it solves the problem, it would be great, otherwise ask again here. Further, if i get sufficient time, i can install it for u...but only if i get sufficient time. Good luck!
