you need to find a tool to run on iis that rewrites the urls search server2003 php mod rewrite or have a look at this site: http://www.micronovae.com/ModRewrite/Download.html

also you might not have the network user assigned to the folder where dolphin is installed to... its tuff to get going but i have it on server 2003 and server 2008
