Ok here is a kicker. Mine was working fine until yesterday. I found that my initial problem a year ago was that I did not assign a temporary folder. Therefore, no where for the files to store while they are being transformed. Try that.

My latest problem is that I was happily uploading successfully some video's and all of the sudden... the return of the dreaded, redded, upload error. I swear, I did nothing but upload video LOL. The photos work fine, the music works fine. It's just the darn see more video.

Any suggestions?
