would help you if i knew what you were talking about. what online picture, where are you logged in, just tripping that you would pose such a question in an open forum, that clearly a blind man could see this is about as incomplete as a request for help could get.

Recheck online time - this is time, after that you become offline
This is in admin settings ->
'Time period in minutes within which a member is considered to be online'

must be 5 min as default
