upgrade from 6.0 to 6.1!!!

Hello good. I want to update my dolphin de la version 6.0 to 6.1 but I do not know how to avoid losing any data. I need help! thanks

check your version..if it 0005 wait a week and the upgrade package will be out...this one will be big
if its lower get upgrades from 0003 to 0004 and 0004 to 0005 and you have a week to fully test to make sure nothing went wrong
