unoboonex where is the support???

eventhough boonex is  a great script it lack the support it's like having a ferari with no technical support
i ve been tryng to solve the email problem on my site which delay the launch,of my site till today. when user receive their mail(either confirmation,sharing video or telling a friend it is my host provider sending the mail on my behalf of my site even thought i have my own outgoing mail server.i done the correct setting in inc headerinc.php .i don't know what to do only boonex can help me out but since no reply from them.

Believe or not, most problems are because people do not read the minimum requirements needed for dolphin.

Boonex recommend one shared hosting provider, but they recommend a VPS or dedicated server.
most people have issues because the $1.99 a year hosting package they have, does not have 24 hour support

i will appreciate ur solution or comment but not some rubbish,i'm not technical but i know that my web had all the requirement of boonex ffmpeg and so on that a good server will have .the different between dedicated and share is the fact that dedicate is personal only u on and a share hosting is a server share between a number of people.
i like boonex but there is a fact their is no support at all.

Have you set-up Cron Jobs properly?

Do you get a Periodic email message around 12am every night from Dolphin's Automailer?

I SUSPECT THAT U MAY BE RIGHT ,IN FACT I HAVE SOMEONE TO INTEGRATE PHPBB ON MY SITE AND WAS WRONGLY AND THAT SEND ME A PHPBB ERROR PAGE WITH THAT SAME HOST EMAIL SO MAY BE THE CRON HAS BEEN DISRUPTED AND MAY CONSIDER ASKING THEM TO LOOK AT IT ,I LET U KNOW BUT POSITIVE THAT MIGHT BE THE SOLUTION TO MY NIGHT MARE,MANY THANKS

I do have to agree that support for this product is virtually non existent.
I have yet more problems with my site which by the way as always, start after I go live.
I try to get help from the forums but am just directed to earlier posts which are of no help at all, I never get anything constructive form here.

Anyway, I decided to contact my hosting support for there help, which by the way does offer 24 hr support and is not a $1.99 hosting plan.

They looked at the problem and informed me see more that the whole script is very poorly put together and requires major optimization.

Which leaves me yet again with a site which is virtually unusable and a lot of angry members.

What really annoys me about this whole lack of support thing is this, we are encouraged to spend money on the ad free licence, which will give you the very same script just without the adds, so you lay out all that money and still get left with the same problems and absolutely no support.

So I would suggest that Boonex start to look at the problems within the script, there customer service and set up a proper support department.
