which version of dolphin/ray/orca are you currently running? if you want we can do a test connection to ascertain that its not your script, and if its not then you can consider a connection for RMS from somewhere else?

well - first of check spelling of your domain name in Ray base settings. It should be without http://www. And if it won't help - just contact us at suport@boonex.com with your admin area access details. We will check it up.

I tryed to connect as well and it failed

the same is happening with me.When I remove the rms ip ie rms.boonex.com from the ip field then the chat starts. If I put in rms.boonex.com then it just keeps on connecting. I am using dolphin v 6.1.6 free version. I am currently using paid hosting but they dont allow me shell access
