ray widgets registration gone

Hi,
I have registered SmartPro Pack but ray is saying widgets not registered.
We are not public because we do bug fixing eg language troubles, missing data, dolphin ecards not switchable in language.
As soon we go online all problems will have negative effect to our business and the name of my company.
I tried to register ray widgets with my licence number again but ray is saying "undefined"
How can we make sure that all this registration problems do not pop up as soon we are public.
This is a great problem for our business and the name of my company.
We want to take part at a big european web competition. The competition is aranged by the ministry and will be reported by mass media. Registration ends this week and jury will test my dolphin site till the end of september. They will count everything espacially all mistakes, errors and mailfunctions.
I have two questions:
1. How long would it take to fix the bugs (missing data, language switching for dolphin ecards, wrong key in search.php)
2. Can you guarantee that my licences work without proplems
