problem again and again
Hi,
I need a serious answer to the following question: Why are registered ray and ray widgets reporting "not registered". I tried to enter my license number again but ray is reporting "undefined". The problem was fixed somehow after a visit from boonex but now the troubles are back again.
I sent already several screenshots regarding this problems to boonex but they seem to be busy with other bug fixings or not able to solve the problem. Thats why I ask unity members for help too.
I would need a serious answer to do serious community business at professional level (no amateur project). Please do not send joke answers and marketing slogans.
I would need a stable and running solution 365day/24h not a solution whitch is working sometimes and somehow with bugs, maifunctions, license troubles,......
If sombody of you is running a professional community with 100.000 members online (eg for a big brand like coca cola) with tools from boonex please tell me. If your opinion is, that boonex products are not ready for the market or only for unstable amateur projects with 5 members online, please tell me because in this case I have to search for an alternative to make serious community business at professional level (no amateur project). Please do not send joke answers and marketing slogans. I need seríous Information.
We would like to do a project with products from boonex and register the project to a big european media contest called by the ministry and heavily reported by European mass media. Registration end this weekend. An international jury and mass media companies will have a look at the community for testing against other solutions. Awards will be given in september. We need serious info for the registration process. We have to be very carefully with the info for the jury and the mass media. The main question regarding the contest is - should we register for professional or for student category projects.

Regarding boonex I have a problem because I like professional projects only and have a lot of troubles testing boonex products so far. If boonex is no help to do professional business and if I can not find professional products on earth, I have to develop everything by myself again. But this would take see more
Well to be honest, they should make a contest for a new site for themselfe, cause their site is really crap.
Cant understand that, making a big contest but arent able to provide a nice and prof. looking site ;)

if you really want to make a prof system for a contest, well then you should be able to solve some bugs. Only installing Dolphin out of the box and running it, is not professional and not a award worth, cause there is no own work on it. Sorry to say this.
I was also a bit xxxxx up at the begining of version 6.x cause i also want to make it serious. But after reading, asking and modifying, i got my dolphin bended ;)
But i would recommend you Dolphin 6.003 - 6.005. I got the best experience see more
Thanks for your feedback. I am from austria and would like to built a community with 6.0.0005 SmartPro because 6.1 was not ready for the market. We do bug fixing for some weeks together with boonex for dolphin 6.0.005.
Ray was working in the past but now my license does not work for ray. Ray is reporting "not registered", new registration does not work ray is reporting "undefined". Beside this ray is reporting crazy things eg "1023 unregistered widgets please see more
I am able to fix some bugs, but for the dolphin community platform this should be done by boonex.
Solving bugs for Boonex without payment seems to be a stupid idea by you.
Beside this I can see that you do not know the rules for the award and you do not know my personal rights. That´s why I recommend you to be quiet in this case.

Then you have your own on site RMS installed.
So many posts about problems because 6.1 is so different than older versions.
For starters don't go in and edit files do it through Admin like language setting etc.
Have a host that is compatible for Dolphin and widgets.
I have 6.1 running perfectly cause i did the above.

I payed for smart Pro Pack some weeks ago. Boonex installed and boonex is bug fixing for some weeks now. I did not edit files but I sent 83 screenshots with bugs to boonex. The problem could be in ray admin area but I donot know how to solve. Admin area of ray is writng wrong entries to main.xml files in ray widgets so thats why all ray widgets not registered. Ray admin area reports "widgets not registered" I tried to register with my license number Ray admin area reports "undefined"
