question about adding different languages to your site

Hello All,I'm thinking about adding the French language to my site to attract the French audiance to my site. The problem I have is that I dont speak, read, or write in french which makes it difficult to confirm the translation.
If i install the french language (I haven't purchased the language package yet) whatelse do I need to do.
Will I need to manully recreate a differet page to reflect the French language?
Will it translate the various titles found on the pages/blocks?
How accurate is the translation?

I think their are MOD's avaiable with Complete translations, everything will be changed to French I imagine, titles included, (works with the language string system)
