profile comment, please help!!!

Is there a way to not let non-members leave comments on member's profile without having to disable free mode option in version 6.1, kind like how it works in version 6.0.0.0.5? Thanks for the help...

Oh also, how can I make it so the newest comments come on top of the old one?
