phpfox to dolphin database migration, expert wanted

Im running a site using phpfox, Im looking for an expert who can migrate the database from phpfox to dolphin. i have 1,200 users only and several images. How much it would cost.

I've only seen a phpfox .db once but it isnt too far off of Dolphins. It would probably take about 2 hours or so if I did it and stayed on it.
