i have problem!!!

and i sent before several times to support team, email, facebook but yet no answer!!!!!!!!

 

Whats going on to have 10 days delay for email response!!!!!!!

 

i have paid for the upgrade, and my account still the same!!!

i need to know why and whats going on!!!!!!!!

 

MONEY PAID! ACCOUNT THE SAME!! NO ONE ANSWERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
