integration phpbb into dolphin - a simple help...

I follow this tutorial :

but if I create a user I have this error when script try to put the user in phpbb forum ... I think...

The user in Dolphin is create normal ...

I think I do some wrong in phpbb.aemod

anyone can help me or send me this file. I don´t know if I put the information about DB and user in correct place...
