After everything installed without problem (on wamp stack), deleted install dir, then refresh page, going to http://localhost/dolphin/index.php and seems that this page is just empty, anyone pls help...
Thanks Igorl, Yes, I enabled these settings and still can't see any error and still the http://localhost/dolphin/index.php is blank. HOwever, I can go admin page without problem and can navigate most of the admin page. Any Idea?
I remember someone in the old blog; not sue if it got imported into this new blogging system but did a full installation instruction for installing dolphin on wamp. It was in the time frame when dolphine 6.3 to 6.4 was released. if you can find the search optin in this blog.. see if you can find it.
I had this same problm and figured it was wamp but i reinstaleld the wamp and did not toch any setting created the database in phpadmin and reinstalled thrue the ip address not local network got it to come back up fine and people could access it true the ip address but you have to put the database and the dns name as your ip when you install dolphin
or you start geting errors

You should enable "display_errors" and "short_open_tag" in php.ini
Then restart Apache.

Those are the vital settings, such as Document Root, Database Credentials ect.
or you start geting errors
