how to start,please HELP

hi, i try to build my new community, i downloaded dolphin 6.0+ray 3.1 free but i don't know how it works. is there any icon to be click to start run the software?or is there any tutorial to start?

I have a question, I have reached the configuration point in the install process and when I click next it says, acess denied for user "myusername"@localhost(using password yes)

Any idea what I did or did not do?
