how to show action menu block for guest?

can anyone please help me to show actions menu block (befriend,send letter..) for guest can see it..when guest try to befriend..then need to login?

you can`t be a friend as Nobody :)
I undertand all action links define member (ID)
but, I want just two links to show for visitor in the action block.. view original size and report image.
