how to make logo area larger

Need to put in my own logo (where the current dolphin logo is).  I know where the option is in the admin panel but my problem is I need it to be a certain size or you cant see what is says.  Now, I put it in and looks like it will look good but the top menu links are up to high.  I need to bring down the top menu portion so that the logo is displayed.  Can some direct me to where I need to make this edit.  Thanks.

I change the images for ftp into the folder/media/images/promo/, there is another (original) folder inside (promo), in her(it) you can put big images, the system re-measures it and moves it to (promo).

The promo area is fine. What I need is the top left image to show up fully. So I need the top navigation to move down.

Try to edit height in .topBlock
templates/tmpl_uni/css/general.css

okweb,
that was exactly what I wanted and you nailed it. Thank you so much!

I have a similar issue. I changed the size of the images used by the promoblock (big pictures that rotate via javascript loader on front).

My problem is that I can't find the code to change the size allocated for the pictures. The graphics are viewing properly but there is a huge blank space above them. This means some code is defining the size of the pictures according to the ORIGINAL pictures, not the ones I put in. Where do I find this code? The general.css doesn't appear to have a vertical see more size definition for this block.
