how Can I restore 1 site in another ?

Friends I have 1 site and need to restore this in another ...

I send the files to ftp ... change the DB in /inc/header.inc.php
and in ray .../inc/header.inc.php

Import the db in phpmyadmin

But I have this error in index.php :

Fatal error: Call to undefined function member_auth() in /home/ml2/public_html/index.php on line 57

anyone can help me where I need to change ...
