ok Im installing dolphin 6.1.2 on an apache server and I finally got it to install but Im getting errors on the top of the page can some one please tell me how to fix this, also not sure if its related but there is no captcha on the join page this is the error on the top of the page

You need to either disable the "open_basedir" instruction in PHP's configuration file "php.ini" or add the following statement to Dolphin's .htaccess file:
php_value include_path "./:../"

You now need to do the following:
edit "ray/modules/global/inc/header.inc.php" and replace
"/usr/local/apache/htdocs/mysite/community/inc/header.inc.php"
with
"/home/mysite/public_html/community/inc/header.inc.php"
This should solve the problem.
