i did install ray video but when i want upload a video saying max 7 mb . what can i?

You should be able to change the max file-size in the widget's settings, via your admin panel.

Can it be the php.ini (upload)

Standard it is 2 mb upload but you can change it to 100mb and after you have configured your php.ini you can configure the preverd MB`s in the the Admin Panel.

can I have a question? Where is that php.ini located? It seems I can't see that file anywhere on the files on my copy of Dolphin+? Thanks again in advance.

@chiaki,

php.ini is a PHP Server Configuration file often located in the root of the server.

If you don't have dedicated access (root), then I would recommend contacting your hosting provider to increase the filesize limits.
