I Installed Dolphin - 6.0.0003

I recently have questions

1. When creating entries in the blog when Ctrl + V popup window (using javascript) to insert text. How do I disable it?

2. Future plans for the implementation of RSS blogs?

3.I would like to convert Orca forum of Dolphin but can not find the constants

I have a questions, When I get to the "paths" part of the installation, which is like the 2nd step. I dont understand what they mean when they say, You need the full path to your php interpretor? and there example they show does not help me, Im kinda new at this.... Can you help?
