getting other members email addresses-settings arent working

 | I have my settings to NOT allow another member to get email addresses of other members. However, it's still allowing this feature to all members. Ive checked and rechecked to make sure the setting is correct not to asllow for all member levels but still its allowing it. Any help? Thanks, Elle |
