Dolphin Licenses Pricing Structure Clarification

TRIAL COPY

Using a Trial copy of Dolphin doesn't require any license. Trial copy has full functionality and is not time-limited. The only requirement is to display BoonEx "powered by" links and banners on the site. Updating from Trial copy to fully licensed copy doesn't require re-installation.

STANDARD LICENSE

This is the base license for the Dolphin platform. Standard License gives permission to use Dolphin on one site/domain indefinitely.

Standard License includes:

- All BoonEx Dolphin modules (36 now)
- No "Powered by" links / banners
- Lifetime version updates (including Dolphin 8, Dolphin 9, etc.)
- Advanced BoonEx Membership (permanent)

Standard License price (in USD): $299

MOBILE LICENSE

Mobile License gives a permission to re-brand, modify and submit Dolphin Mobile Apps as your own to Google Play and Apple iTunes.

Mobile License includes:

- iPhone/iPad App License and Source Code
- Android App License and Source Code
- Lifetime version updates

Mobile License price (in USD): $299

PRIME

Prime package is a step-up from Standard, and is the top package available for purchase from BoonEx.

Prime includes:

- All BoonEx Dolphin modules (36 now)
- No "Powered by" links / banners
- Lifetime version updates (including Dolphin 8, Dolphin 9, etc.)
- Advanced BoonEx Membership (permanent)
- Premium BoonEx Membership (permanent)
- Discounts at BoonEx Market
- Mobile apps license (permission to modify, rebrand and publish iOS and Android apps as your own)
- Installation service

Prime price (in USD): $599

NOTES:

1. Licenses are not transferable. You may not resell licenses and have the re-applied to a different BoonEx account.

2. Licenses can be re-registered to a different domain name at no extra charge.

3. High discounts for repeat orders are made possible due to smaller processing and servicing costs of additional licenses, as opposed to first orders, which effectively add a new client to the system. Since memberships are permanent, additional licenses will not affect membership status in any way.

4. Repeat order discounts are offered in good faith for clients that manage multiple websites. Any attempt to facilitate public re-selling of Dolphin licenses taking advantage of repeat order discounts will lead to invalidation of all licenses in the violating account. Developers that manage websites for their clients are free to use discounted licenses, however end-users must be aware that licenses are not transferable and are attached to the developer account. Registering a site independently woud require buying a new license.
