Evryone isseeking for a cheap and good VPS or dedicated Host.
But i do believe that for the moment there is not some host to fulfill these requirements, unless you pay too much.

I highly recommend Cyberxing.com - they are awesome and their package that runs about $20-$25 US$ a month is a VPS package with RMS. I love it and the support has been awesome. I tried HostForWeb and they had terrible support and were much more expensive.
