alt=""? tags in dolphin messages

I haven't seen anything like this out there yet so hopefully I can get some help.I am getting this odd looking message discription with alt tags whenever I make a change, log in or delete evets etc. I even got one that said "this may be a hacker string" but have not been able to duplicate it since. The first time I got that was when I deleted one of my classifieds. Since then this is about all I have been getting. HELP!

That is what I was thinking at first, but what I was messing with I returned back to normal. It does look like maybe something got sent out of order or something. Do you happen to know what template file houses these notifications? I can just replace it with new one right?
