I've got the same Problem for all of free ray.
Instead of the domain a "not registert" is shown since days.
Same at barracuda.

I thought I was using the Ray installation that came with the Dolphin download.

I downloaded and installed a separate Ray package. Then the licenses worked. Now I'm trying to get rid of the second version, but it really doesn't matter.

Bobby, that doesn't make sense..you replaced the regular with AD free...which is not what we are asking...the AD free ones cost money.

I had the Ray chat working before but now I am getting "not registered". I tried to follow the instructions to register the widget, but it just says "wrong license number".

I am not sure if it is related, but all my Ray widgets are showing "not registered" now. Also, on my license page, under the domain column, it says "not registered".

Any help? Thanks in advance.

I am having a problem with the widgets also but my problem is when I went to the boonex site to get my license and input it into the widgets, I get a message that says product not found. Everything was working great and now it's not...

i see my free dolphin install is integraded with free orca and free ray but i can upload music but not videos and shoutbox isn't working either, it jus load... load... load... i wanna by free ads but my tests are not going well,who can help me???

I want to know how to program Dolphin install on the computer that I purchased with the license program helped me

I have installed the dolphin software on 5 different domains and have differrent problems with each install???? Confusing me big time! But I am also having the same problem as you all with the ray widgets only on 1 of the 5 sites??? Doe's anyone have a quick fix explanation?

I too have just discovered this new problem... and judging by the looks of things... no solutions for now...

I'm gonna try uninstall and reinstall to see if that makes a difference.

After my uninstalling of ray and reinstalling I'm Stuck now! Told me to: 1. You need to finish the process of widget's integration in your community software. For this purpose you need to edit functions in the modules/global/inc/customFunctions.inc.php file according to your database and script structures following comments in the file. NOTE. By default, this file has integration for Dolphin community software.
I'M A NEWBIE I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO DO THIS! Goodness! Somebody help! What should I do see more now. My plugin in the admin says "Not installed" I know it is!

number 1 you cant run ran on shared hosting
number 2 you have to download ray in addition to the dolphin software....hope this helps
