When is everything going to work?

I would like to know when boonex is going to focus on fixxing one thing until it is fixxed.
I read these blogs and forums and hear a bunch of horror stories about dolphin and other things.
I went and bought a mod today and the return page does not work. So hear i sit waiting for someone to check their email so I can get a mod I paid for.

I had a SPAMMER ( Not associated with Boonex or Dolphin) set up an account with me and sent out spam so I was forced to make a few changes on server that conflict with dolphin or be shut down. Can I get some support? NO. Boonex has many employees or colleagues that can monitor the support requests but refuse to reply to most of them.  But somehow I can monitor my email around the clock they can't seem to do it. I provide a service for their customers and can't even get a thank you. They make more per month for their script licenses then I do hosting the sites and I have all the headaches. You need to write the script to work universally with any host. Host For Web is not the only company out there. If a referal fee is what you want then sign up with my company and get an affiliate link.
I am so sick of the drama and neglect going on here. Thieves, poor support, license issues. if something don't work, fix it.

As far as expertzzz downloads. that is a joke. You don't excell in the ranks for how much you help someone. it is based on how many SALES you make. A thief can go to the top of the expertzzz list with stolen products. And I know a couple of the harder working mod creators and something needs to be done to stop the thieves from selling mods. and a different approach to distribution of the mods. I have tried to help many people and i get treated like a freeloader from boonex. You need to hire a few people to handle your support so you can continue with development. And I have seen a couple of people volunteer for this.

I just came back to check out Dolphin after a long time away and I'm getting the same impression. Boonex, please pay more attention to your customer. A good reputation is much harder to regain than it is to maintain.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
