search expertzzz.com for "mb" it is common problem with hosts..if they wont help you need to switch hosts
i would have checked expertzzz.com already, but im trying this software out, and not going to pay for support. i would think there would be an easier fix out there for software that people can pay for.

Also, have called hosting company, they advice mbstring is enabled.. Any help is appreciated...

WTF?!? There is NO solution there. When are they going to fix this bug? I'm going to go and lock myself in the potty and re-read "War and Peace" while we're waiting...
I found this, I'm trying to load on godaddy server and they do run in cgi mode, it also says you have to put in every directory, there are like 200 directories, that's crazy
